The Liberation Toolkit

Broadly speaking, The Liberation Toolkit, workshops, Masterclasses,  trainings, and digital courses, are designed to help organizations innovate in their leadership and equity efforts. We harness the power of psychological science to create brief, informative, and interesting courses that help leaders and employees who drive the productivity and success of organizations. 

As a practical necessity, we endeavor to help teams design and implement interventions that are data-driven and holistic in scope.

Also, I have learned through observation and experience, that efforts to build empathy for others' differences and struggles, must emerge from a developing sense of deep self-compassion and intentional efforts to care for oneself. 

I also like to say that The Liberation Tool Kit was designed specifically for a certain group: Humans.

The Liberation Toolkit helps organizations:
