Please read these Terms of Service prior to using this “Service” (i.e., the online courses “The Liberation Toolkit”, The Liberation Toolkit Leadership Masterclass, and "Beach Reach" which include a five-module video course series, downloadable resources, and pre-and post-course survey. Do not use the Service unless you agree to these Terms of Service. 

The “Liberation Tool Kit”, The Liberation Toolkit Leadership Masterclass, and "Beach Reach" will be noted as “Services” herein”), you agree you have read, understood, and accepted all the terms of this agreement. Keep in mind that your use of products, software, and services of  Complex Psychology, including this “Services” and the Complex Psychology website www.complexpsych.com (referred to collectively as the “Services”), will be deemed acceptance of this agreement, including any updates to these terms.

Your use of the Service is subject to this legal agreement between you and Complex Psychology LLC. Any products, software, and services provided to you under a separate written agreement are not subject to this agreement.

By subscribing and/or using any of the Complex Psychology LLC services, or filling out any Complex Psychology LLC downloadable forms, you are agreeing to our Terms of Use, and you are providing your express consent to be contacted by us, via electronic messages or otherwise, to notify you about services and features offered by  Complex Psychology LLC. You may withdraw your consent at any time.

Access to the Service is determined at our sole discretion. If your access is disabled, you will be advised of this when attempting to access the Services.

User Warranty. Trademark and Copyright

You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws). 

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service without the express written permission by Complex Psychology LLC. Also, you may not add or upload information to this “Service” other than responses to course materials, such as discussion boards, quizzes, or other course-related materials. You agree to notify Complex Psychology LLC immediately of the unauthorized possession or use of the Service.  You shall promptly furnish full details of such unauthorized possession or use, shall assist in preventing the recurrence of such possession or use, and shall cooperate, at your expense, to protect the proprietary rights, including any Intellectual Property Rights.  You shall not modify, attempt to determine the source code for the Service, nor modify, reprogram, translate, disassemble, decompile, or otherwise reverse engineer the Service. 

Complex Psychology LLC also retains the right to remove any content provided by you that we determine in our sole discretion are unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, pornographic, obscene or otherwise objectionable or violates any party’s intellectual property or these Terms of Service. Verbal or written abuse of any kind (including threats of abuse or retribution) toward any Hamlett Psychological Services LLC employee, member, or officer, will result in immediate account termination.

The pages listed on the “Service” (course platform), Complex Psychology LLC website www.complexpsych.com and social media platforms including, but not limited to, Instagram, Facebook, Linkedin, Pinterest, Tik Tok, Snapchat, Twitter, have been developed to help individuals enhance their personal and professional lives and help organizations to become healthy, equitable, inclusive, and efficient work environments. As such, you may freely view these pages.

Complex Psychology LLC makes this information freely available to all users on the aforementioned platforms for the sole purposes of providing the educational information on psychology-related issues and to provide internet access to psychology-related resources.
